We kindly ask for 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your pet grooming appointment.  

Sylvia's Pet Care requires 24 hours notice for cancelations. 

Cancelations made within 24 hours of appointment time & No Call/No shows will be charged $50-$150 depending on services booked.
